Class 3 To teach participants how to make major purchasing decisions by knowing their needs, wants and desires. To also show the power of agreement even in your finances.

Objectives
Class 4 Cash Flow Creation: Income Shifting
Generating more cash flow is critical to completing your journey.  We will show you have to shift income utilizing taxes, check stubs and businesses to create more cash flow.
Class 5 Cash Flow Creation: Opening a business is essential to shifting cash flow.  Having a home-based business serves as a critical role in shifting income, creating cash flow and eliminating debt.
Class 6 Construction Zone: It’s time to revisit our budgets, expense tracking, cash flow, W4’s, to ensure we are on the right track.

Objectives
Class 7 Debt Elimination: The bigger they are the harder they fall.  We will set a plan to tackle debt one step at a time.  The average person is debt free within 7 years or less. We will also set a 72 biweekly plan for your finance.

Objectives
Class 8 Credit is Your Character: Introducing credit to the class what it is, how it works, and the benefits of having good credit compared to bad credit.
Class 9 Edit Your Credit: Introducing credit to the class what it is, how it works, and the benefits of having good credit compared to bad credit.

Tax Minimization
“Avoiding Toll Booths”

Objectives
Class 10 Minimization of Taxes: The same way an I-Pass will allow a person to only pay half of the toll fee; business deductions have allowances W2 income does not contain.  One of the enemies of wealth is taxes.  Learn how to reduce your taxes utilizing the business you opened in step 2.

Wealth Accumulation
“Approaching Land of More Than Enough”

Objectives
Class 11 Mortgage Paid Off: Debt free totally! Now that all of your consumer debt is paid off it’s time to tackle your mortgage.  The average person completes this within 7 years.  We will also visit your insurance (auto, health, homeowners) policies.
Class 12 Insurance and Investing: Insurance is more than protection; it is also an investment vehicle.  Most millionaires utilize cash value insurance policies as an invest and a way to avoid probate.  We will also discuss how to invest using stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and tax-deferred versus tax-exempt.
Class 13 Tax Lien/Deed Certificates: The best investment ever, in Mr. Howard’s opinion.  Mr. Howard teaches how he was able to obtain properties for pennies on the dollar or obtain double-digit interest rates.  Mr. Howard has been successful in obtaining over 20
