I have been purchasing houses with very little money and no credit for 5 years. This year I have purchased more than 30 houses and I did not have a realtor, seller, loan officer, a processor, appraiser, title agent, home inspector, insurance agent or closing agent. I did not borrow any money and they were purchased totally debt free. The best news is that I bought several of these houses for $500.00. It wasn’t very emotional nor expensive. Just this year I bought over 30 houses for less than 40,000; this includes but not limited to single-family homes, duplexes, 2-flats, tri-plexes and a four unit. I purchased over $1,000,000 million dollars of real estate with less than $40,000 and I did it all debt free. I would not do this story justice if I leave out that just four years ago I was homeless and today I’m a millionaire. So how do I purchase houses for $500 with no credit? Tax lien certificates!

Tax lien certificates are an investment vehicle from the 1700’s. Tax liens certificates allow investors to pay delinquent taxes to the county and in return, they will receive a high, fixed rate of interest, or get the property for which they paid the delinquent taxes, debt free. Either way, the investor wins. Utilizing my system, I have been able to successfully predict which properties will turn into a high rate of return or a debt-free property. The last auction we were able to successfully predicted 28 of 30 liens that would turn into debt free properties. This is a 93% success rate which is the best you will find anywhere in the country.
